The Service to Mankind (SERTOMA) Club of Lawrence and the Lawrence Board of Realtors community foundation are collaborating to bring a holiday light show to Lawrence and Douglas County.

The lighted drive through tour features synchronized lights and lighted displays filling people up with cheer. With hopes of making spirits brighter, this early tradition still has the best to come.
“The first year was really successful,” Mary Jane Lauer, volunteer, said. “Each year we add more displays and now we’re in our fourth year and the entire display is bigger and better.”
With hopes of making an impact around the local area, you can give back as little or as much of a donation as you would like.
“The funds that we raise go to lots of different organizations in the community,” John Stark, volunteer, said. “I think the reward comes from when we’re able to give the money out.”
Located at the Youth Sports Complex off K-10 at Wakarusa Drive, the holiday lights tour will operate until Dec. 27 every evening starting from 5:30-9:30 p.m.
